He's has been in a foster home for the past 4 weeks and is doing great with his physical therapy at Paws in Motion! Brother is a nine month old Retriever mix. He and his sibling, Sister, came from a situation of horrific neglect. They were left without food or water in the heat of the deep South. Brother's leg was tied to a cable and the circulation was cut off (pictures are too graphic to show). When he was rescued it was too late to save the leg so the vet had to amputate it. Brother is at Save A Dog and we want to make sure he gets the most loving and nurturing home possible. We're raising some funds to help subsidize his care at Save A Dog and for future follow-up visits. Most tripods need ongoing chiropractic care at the very least. Tilly, 19 months Female Shepherd  Mix   Click on picture to enlarge Adopted Tilly is a recent return. She's a nineteen month old gorgeous Shepherd mix who originated from Russia. She loves to play with toys, loves to play with other dogs. She attended doggy daycare on a regular basis and was a star. Tilly is housebroken, crate trained, and on a very consistent schedule. She’s been trained to Watch, Come, Sit, Down, Sit Stay, Down Stay, Shake, Stand, Wait, Leave It, Go to your Crate, Let’s Go (for a walk/in the car/for a pee), Quiet (No Bark), and Heel. She knows her human walks through a door first, and that she must sit for her dinner. She also sits to be leashed. She exhibits Shepherd-behaviors when walking on leash so needs work. We have several trainer DVDs we can recommend. Like any Shepherd she will be protective of her owner.
