Travis came in very thin. He’s gotten plenty of TLC and extra treats and is looking much better. Like most of the Louisiana dogs we get, his past is pretty unknown, but he is friendly and eager to learn. He is at a great age to learn new things and would love someone to show him the ropes. He's already such a good boy! He loves his pup cups and all the attention he is getting from the volunteers. He is available after 6/28/26. Nannie, 2.5 years Female Pointer/Bulldog  Mix   Click on picture to enlarge Available On: 6/28/26 Apply To Adopt Meet Nannie! She's a sweet, friendly dog who loves car rides, especially if it's to get a "pup cup" at the ice cream stand. She's originally from Louisiana and was microchipped but never registered and nobody came to claim this sweet dog. From a volunteer who took her on a date: “We went to get ice cream and went for a walk. She’s so incredibly sweet and laid her head on my lap. Just wanted reassurance and to snuggle. He was originally an outside stray, but he came up to one of our rescuers house and begged to be let in. He will talk to you and purr loudly. The vet estimates him to be three years old or younger. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and is microchipped. He has a notch on his ear from the neuter clinic but he was never a feral, just a cat who wanted a home. He is the most affectionate kitty you will ever meet!
