Boy had she experienced a lot in her short 8 months, but she's now ready for her forever home. Rescued from a dumpster with her sister in Russia at 4 weeks old, she was bottle fed by a local rescuer. After being transported to us in November, she was adopted and then returned due to the adopter’s health issues. She was placed in foster shortly after Christmas where it was noticed she was limping. Michelle was diagnosed with hip displaysia in both hips. She had surgery done on both hips and has been recovering at her foster home. She now leads a very normal life! She runs and plays with her friends at daycare 3 days a week, goes for hikes in the woods several times a week, and has just discovered swimming! Michelle loves all dogs. Once they were old enough to travel they came to Save A Dog a loving home. Willow's mom is a small Whippet-looking mix, but Dad might be a bully breed. She is on the small side. Ziggy, 10 years old Female Chihuahua  Mix   Click on picture to enlarge Adopted My name is Ziggy and I'm looking for a new home because my former owner died. I was the best birthday gift she received and she loved me so much! I'm 10 years young and an absolute lovebug. My housemate Gunner is a younger guy that sticks close to me and we'd love to be adopted together. I love to be petted and snuggled and will adore my new family. We're good with toddlers and totally house broken and will even go on pee pads if you work during the day. Not to boast but I have the softest, cutest bare belly that is just right for scratches. I'm well-behaved, house-trained, and ready to join you on the couch or recliner for a snuggle. We were briefly adopted, but quickly returned due to a health issue in the family!
