Lucy and Regina ended up at a shelter in Russia after a concerned neighbor called and reported suspected animal abuse. Both Lucy and Regina were removed from the home and have come all the way here to find their new loving families. Despite what they may have suffered in their past both girls are loving and trusting of people and will make loving companions.
