Adopted

Meet ADORABLE BENNY! This pint-sized playful pup is such a find. He's good with dogs, cats, and people. His favorite thing to do is to play with his older brother. He loves the snow! He has the short legs of a Corgi but he is a mix of many breeds, just a Heinz 57. He was adopted from Save A Dog as a puppy and his adopters have had a change in work schedules and would like a better situation for him. Benny is house trained, crate trained, playful, loves toys, loves to chew on an antler or bone, loves his walks, and has been well-cared for. He is a great dog in a small package, weighing in at 22 lbs. He is full grown and was just neutered. He would do well in a hybrid or work-from-home situation or with someone who has the time to play with him. He would be great with another dog or just to go on play dates. Please apply at https://www.saveadog.org/applytoadopt.asp and someone will get right back to you right away.

Adopted

I’m Clinta, a beautiful 42-pound, year-old Lab mix. I'm happy, obedient, and playful. I adore other dogs and am good with children. After a long walk, I enjoy snuggling with my humans. In my foster home, I am proving to be housetrained, I sleep through the night on my dog bed, and I know some basic commands like sit and come. My foster mom says I'm gentle with everyone -- I don't have a mean bone in my body. I am a bit of a shy girl so will benefit from a patient adopter who can help me feel confident, and a fenced yard would be a plus. Please apply at https://www.saveadog.org/applytoadopt.asp, and someone will get right back to you.

Adopted

I'm Junior, a 3-year-old Border Collie mix. I was adopted as a puppy and have had an amazing home, but after the baby arrived my adopters have had health issues and aren't able to care for me. I'm a well-socialized dog, friendly, energetic, and smart. I who would thrive in a family that would take me hiking or running -- I love the outdoors and even ride nicely in a canoe! I'm excellent with other dogs and have been going to doggy daycare, where I have lots of friends. I'm also good with visitors in the home and enjoy meeting new people. I have been to puppy obedience class and have my Canine Good Citizen certificate, too. I know sit, stay, place, and touch. I'm good in the house and don't need to be crated. I'm used to having my people at home, and I'd be a great work-from-home buddy. https://www.saveadog.org/applytoadopt.asp

Adopted

This is Rylie. She's a five year old Border Collie mix who was adopted as a puppy and is a recent return. She is sweet and gentle. Her foster mom is falling in love, but we'll take a back up application in case she's available. She weighs almost 50 lbs. but will lose weight on the fresh food we're giving her. She knows Sit and Paw and several other commands. She's quiet and has lived with cats. We prefer she be the only dog as she deserves all the attention.

Adopted

Stella is a spayed female, we think Husky mix with the most beautiful coloring. She's 3 years old and is in the 45 lb. range. She's fine with other dogs and has been good with the cats she's met at the shelter. Stella came in as an owner give up. Her previous owners had eight other dogs. Stella wasn't a fan of the shelter life for the first couple of days but she came around quickly. She loves to play, but loves to cuddle more. Her favorite thing to do is run at you and swing her butt into your lap. She has a tendency to roll over for belly scratches frequently and thinks that she is a lap dog. She has the typical husky talk, but uses it sparingly it seems. We have been working on our leash skills and tricks. Please apply at https://www.saveadog.org/applytoadopt.asp, and someone will get right back to you.
