Credence is a handsome, one-year old Retriever mix from rural Indiana, where he and two female Retriever mixes were found as strays. He 100% needs another dog to play with who is around his age and energy level. He's not a dog for the dog park as he's shy with people outside his family, but he is a dog savant and dogs bring him out of his shell. His foster mother says that he wants to be included in whatever the family is doing, whether that’s playing outside with the family’s two small dogs or watching college sports on TV. He’s already made a trip down to the Cape with them. He loves to play with toys and (gently) wrestle with their Chihuahua mix who has become his best buddy. He sleeps in his crate through the night and patiently waits until he’s let out in the morning to start the day. Credence's ideal home would include another dog (or dogs) and a fenced yard. He weighs about 40 pounds, so is perfect if you want a Retriever with having a huge dog. His house-training is coming along. Apply at http://www.saveadog.org/applytoadopt.asp

Tugg is a 1 year old neutered male petite Boxer/Bully mix who has a bobbed tail. Tugg weighs 39 pounds, He was in a house fire and had singed hair that is all healed up now. He is up to date on vaccinations and Proheart 6 shot as he came from Louisiana, a heart worm endemic state. Tugg's foster mom says, "Tugg is a very cuddly friendly guy, loves to get close to you, inside he will lay on a rug with a kong or chew on an antler. he loves chasing after a ball or squeaky toy that he flips around, it’s entertaining to watch. Tugg is a very curious guy, he’s always looking to see what’s going on around him.
