Blanche is a local surrender who came to us in deplorable condition. She hadn't been groomed in close to a year. We're still working on her coat. Blanche needs a patient adopter who will give her the proper care. She's 11 or 12 years old. The pictures show what she looked like a year ago and what she looks like now. We believe with time and care that she can return to her beautiful-looking self.
