I have a sad story: I came in as a neglect case with no hair on most of my body and severe wounds on my back from a flea allergy that got infected because it was not treated -- but I have had veterinary care and am better now. I have one blue eye and one brown eye and a very soft, luxurious coat. I'm smaller than a full-bred Husky (39 lbs.), and I'm fluffier, but i hardly shed. I'm really like an over-sized Pom! I have the Pom prance and the Pom joyful disposition! What's not to love! I am super friendly and love everyone I meet. I am delighted to run and chase toys and then settle down for snuggles. I have been living with a foster family down South since November, so they know me well. They say I am an easygoing guy! I get along well with other dogs of all temperaments, and even though I’m a big boy, I think of myself as a lap dog – I live for affection from my people. I am house trained and crate trained. I walk well on a leash but am strong so might need a little refresher on leash. I love to play with dog friends and with children, and I am gentle with kids – I currently sleep in bed with the 12-year-old girl at my foster home.
