Good morning, Jill.
 
I just wanted to give you a mini-update on Carley (aka Lolly). We are in LOVE with her,
she is such a sweet, sweet girl! Her first few days at our home have been great and filled
with lots of firsts (like practicing going up and down the stairs, which she is really, really
good at).
 
Maurice and I have been fortunate and have been able to work at home the last few
days. She is going to the bathroom outside now, loves her walks and other dogs in the
neighborhood and all her toys. Her favorite toy still is the red cone she came home with,
but of course we've gotten her a few more of her "own" toys. :) When she rests, she rests
at our feet, she doesn't like to be away from us. She's a lovie and you can tell is so happy
to be home.
 
We signed up for obedience classes at Angell Memorial and Maurice and I go alone to
our first lesson tomorrow night. We're looking forward to the classes, and I know she'll
do great.
 
We will be in touch with future updates. I just wanted to let you know that she is doing
well and we absolutely adore her (how can you not love a lab!).
 
Please let Shirley and everyone at Save-a-Dog know that we thank them and think you
all are great! This is a match made in heaven. :)
