Hello Jill and everyone at Save-A-Dog

Just a quick update on Chester.

Attached is a recent picture of Chester at our pond.  So far he hasn't done any swimming; has only gone in the water up to his belly.

He has completed two levels of obedience/manners classes hoping to socialize him, without much success.  He has just completed a round of private training to work on his fear aggression.  I'm considering enrolling him and Ellie in day care for ½ day a week.  The people at All Dogs Gym can work with him on socialization.  I may need to find a part time job to pay for all of this!

Other than his lack of social skills, he is a very affectionate, happy, bouncy boy.  He and Ellie appear to adore each other.

Three separate people have told me they think he's a Rhodesian Ridgeback . only without the ridge.  Interesting.
