In Memory of Hobbs

Hello there,

I am writing to you with an update and to say thank you.

My husband and I adopted “Nate” the smallest pup in a litter of 8 way back in January 2008. He was 4 months old and we were babies ourselves. We called him Hobbs, brought him home to Medway, and began our life together. Hobbs was our love for 18 years. He was with us through marriage, 2 moves, the birth of 4 kids, and all of the other ups and downs life throws at you. He had the kindest eyes and the gentlest soul. He never met a stranger and was loved by everyone who crossed his path. He was the best big brother to our human kids, and always just knew who needed his love the most on any given day. He was truly an incredible dog.

Today was his day. He had kidney disease, and really started to decline. He had a couple of seizures and we knew it was his time. As sad as it is to say goodbye, 18.5 years is a huge success. Hobbs had a fantastic full life.

I wanted to thank you for giving us the opportunity to raise and love Hobbs.
