I just wanted to write to let you know how wonderful Rebel is. I've attached a picture of the two dogs together, titled "Grendel and Ruby" - we are going to call him Grendel. He definitely needs some training and lots of love - I had never heard the term 'velcro dog' but it definitely applies, which I think is terrific! He gets along with Ruby surprisingly well, and he is settling in to his new home nicely. We're looking forward to our time off for Christmas when we can spend all of our time with him! We went on a nice walk in the snow today, he had so much fun and was exhausted when we got back. We have an oversized bed for Ruby that they have shared today instead of each going to their own beds to nap. It's absolutely adorable. They snuggle up next to each other - they're going to be wonderful siblings.

We hope to start him at the Doggie Den tomorrow and they have a beginning training class starting in January that we will enroll him in, though hopefully by then we will have already taught him the basics at home. Thank you so much for being willing to work with us, we will do everything we can to give him a good home.
