Just wanted to send you some updates and pictures of your old buddy Lance. (We call him Chauncy). As you can see, he LOVES the snow (must be all that wooly arctic fur!) and sitting in the front hall in the sun looking out the glass door. (We call it dog and cat TV!)

We can't believe what a good brave boy he is growing into! It was touch and go there for awhile as he started out afraid of everyone and everything, but he has made great strides and most of the time is a happy go-lucky boy who loves to be with us wherever we are.

I'll continue to send you updates. I thought since this was almost his first birthday, this would be a good time to share.

We also were wondering about the people who adopted his brother Leroy. We would love to be in touch with them if they were willing; to share experiences and maybe have the boys meet again if possibe.

Please let me know if you think I could contact them, or feel free to pass our info on to them if you think that would be better.
