Hi Shirley,
Ellie-Girl has now graduated to full freedom outside for hours on end and become my
silent shadow. I don't leave out if I am going back in the house for more that a few
minutes to get something.
It is nice to take her with me to the barn in the morning. She wanders off for about
10 minutes and then she will pick a spot to become a lawn ornament which she does so
well, being white. Now, at 10:30 am she is dead to the world asleep on a full tummy.
She eats but only if I stand over, like a mother and tell her to eat. Otherwise, she
picks at the food. This is not unusual with Shepherds. However, I did find a quality
dry food that many picky eaters like: Canidae (800/398-1600 or www.canidae.com). You
probably know about it already but it is one of the good foods.
Does not bark defensively anymore, just let's you know something is around and wags
tail at the same time.
Can you come for lunch not that you are a lady of leisure (tee hee)?
Carol
