Success Story
 |
We just wanted to say thank you once again for the remarkable efforts of everyone at
Save a Dog in their quest to place dogs in wonderful homes, and also wanted to give an
update of Bailey and Iggy. The puppers are coming up on their fifth (all grown up!)
birthday at the end of August this summer. Due to our family's proximity, they continue
to play together weekly, and since our last update, each pup has welcomed a new sibling
into their home. Iggy became a big brother in July of 2000 upon the arrival of Scout,
also a Save a Dog success, and Bailey welcomed Shea in April of 2002 from Sterling
Animal Shelter. Now that the puppy posse has expanded to four, the crew enjoy long
walks in the woods, and hours of playing in our yards. They are incredible creatures
with a boundless capacity for love and affection, and continue to amaze us. Thank you
once again!

Hi all,
We thought you might be interested in the progress of Iggy and Bailey (formerly Gypsy).
Both puppies are doing great, and since our families live so close together, they get
to play together almost every day. You may recall that in the litter, Iggy was a favorite
target for pummelings from his siblings (Gypsy in particular). Well, now that Iggy has
a few pounds on her, he's exacting his revenge. The leg-pull, rollover seems to be his
favorite move.
Thanks to all of you (Jayne in particular) for providing such an incredible service,
and for giving the dogs truly professional care and treatment prior to their adoptions.
Best,
Andrew
