I adopted Scamp, above, now known as Austin, last Saturday in Sudbury. Our vet, Dr.
Morey at Carlisle Animal Hospital fell in love with him. He pronounced Austin in excellent health
and noted he had been well taken care of and had a wonderful temperment. Morey also noted he had
had some obedience training.
His estimates for size and breed were a little different from my criteria. One look told him
Airedale and hound and about 40 to 50 pounds! I think he's grown two inches in the six days we've
had him.
We all love him to death. Austin is anxious to please and very quick on the uptake. He loves
to ride in the car, meet other dogs, and listen to how cute he is.
Thank you not only for the time and effort you all put into saving dogs, but also
for the terrific care and attention they receive. I'd be glad to be used as a reference
if anyone has any questions. Diane Powers
