I’m Rascal, a 1-year-old, 53-pound Basenji-looking, possible Border Collie mix. I’m an active boy who loves to run and play. I like to give hugs. I get along well with other dogs, and my Southern foster mom says I’m happy all the time – my tail never stops wagging! I will make a great adventure buddy.
