This is Bernie. His paperwork says St. Bernard and we can see some Saint in him, but also maybe Lab/Bassett. He is around 6-7 months old and weighs 63 #. He is good natured, friendly with people, other dogs and loves kids. the vet's 1 1/2 yr old son was all over him, hands in Bernie's mouth and Bernie loved it and was very gentle with him. We will require a fenced in yard for him. He will be at the Meet and Greet this Saturday, the 26th, at Especially for Pets in Wayland from Noon to 2 PM.
Blog from 1/19: Bernie arrived last night and what a gorgeous dog! He is a giant of a pup. He's already shepherd sized with humungous paws, so I have him in the largest crate I can find. He is to DIE FOR! Gentle, playful with little Casper and when outside he leaps right over Brandy. It's a riot to watch. I love them all already. -shirley
