Tippy, 8 years Female Spaniel / Beagle  Mix Tippy is an 8 year old spayed female beagle/spaniel mix weighing 26 lbs. She is crate trained and paper trained, but was never house broken by her elderly owner who did not have the energy to teach her. She are working on the house training and she's doing really well. Tippy is a very affectionate dog who is friendly with everyone and may extend a paw to ask for more if you stop patting her head. She is an adorable dog and as affectionate as they come! She lived with a houseful of cats and did great with them. She has not been around children so I can't tell you if she's good with them or not. As friendly as she is, I can't imagine her not liking kids, unless she wouldn't like the noise. Tippy is very affectionate and does not know a stranger; she likes everybody. She is shorthaired so she doesn't have an undercoat to shed! :o) She is crate-trained and is generally quiet in the crate, feels safe I think. Please give her a chance!
