I’m Penny, a 11-week-old Cairn/Norfolk Terrier mix. I’m so happy to be at Save A Dog because I was found on the street in Louisiana as a bitty puppy! My Southern foster says I’m sweet and affectionate – my favorite things are snuggling and being carried around. I’m good with other dogs and with children, and I enjoy playing with toys.
