I’m Cooper, a 7-year-old purebred Yellow Lab. I find myself in need of a new home because my elderly owner, who had me from puppyhood and loved me very much, just passed away. I am a very good boy – mellow and easygoing. I get along with other dogs, and I’m fine with cats and even chickens. I’m housetrained and not concerned about traffic or other kinds of noises. I walk well on a leash, although if I see a squirrel, I might pull a little! I love car rides and I love my walks. Initially they thought I needed to lose weight but the vet said, no, i just need some toning up. Won’t you give me a second chance at a loving home?
