I’m Roscoe, a 28-pound, 7-month-old Labrador Retriever mix. I was found on the street in Louisiana, but I have shown myself very well behaved living in my foster home. My Southern foster describes me as happy, loveable, and sweet and says I love to find a lap to snuggle up on.
