Jasper, DOB: 12/8/22 Male Border Collie Jasper, a 10 month male red and white Border Collie was given up by his elderly owner when she was about to have surgery. She could no longer provide for his needs given her impending surgery and recovery. Jasper was an inside dog, and is well behaved. He's not ball crazy, doesn’t heel nip, but plays nice with other dogs. He loves kids! He ignores cats! Arriving 10/29/23 and will need to be neutered but is available to be seen once the application process is complete.
