Rosie is medium size, weighing just 40 lbs. She was running down a country road with her puppy following her. A car pulled over and someone picked the puppy up. They sped off in the car with Rosie chasing them. Rosie was taken in by rescue. She will need the most loving home as she has to be grieving the loss of her pup.
