I'm Toby, a 23-pound, 1-year-old designer mix -- maybe Havanese and Poodle? I was found as a stray, but I am a special boy, smart and people-oriented. I love playing with other dogs, riding in the car, and going on walks. I've got lots of energy, and my foster summed me up with the word "happy!!!" She says I'll do well in any home. I will need regular grooming because of my beautiful coat.
