Hugo is an ADORABLE one year old neutered male Chi-weenie! He is like a little wind up toy. He's pint-sized with a big personality! His foster says, "Hugo is doing great. We been out walking, he's a puller but otherwise does well in a leash. He loves everyone he meets and he's met a few dogs and been good with them too. Loves to play but can be very cuddly too .
Went into his crate on his own and slept through until about 6. Available 6/5/23.
