Hi, I’m Snickers, a 6-year-old, Rat Terrier with a stubby tail. I was found running down the road in Louisiana and I had to be treated for heartworm. I'm all better, but I gained quite a bit of weight during my confinement, so I need to lose a few pounds. Save A Dog put me on the Farmer's Dog to jump start my weight loss. I am grateful to have been rescued and in such a great place! I’m happy, playful, and active – I love to run, and I like toys. I also enjoy playing with other dogs, and although I’m small, I play like a big dog! My foster says I’m very sweet. Everyone at the shelter loves me, but I don't want to stay here. I need a home NOW!
