Emmy Lou is a friendly two year old spayed female Beagle who needs a loving home willing to complete her house training. She is crate trained, but was still having accidents in the house, so was returned. We're confident in the right home this won't be an issue as she was adopted along with her sibling, which doubled the problem. Emmy has a lot going for her.
