Tessie, 1 year Female Lab/Bully  Mix Tessie is a one year old mostly Lab, some Bully mix from Louisiana. She came up with her sister Tula to find her forever home. Tessie and Tula were found scavenging for food and put into a boarding facility because there were no foster homes. They took very well to house training and living inside. Now each needs her forever home. They will not disappoint!
