Beaux, 6 months Male Feist/Lab  Mix Beaux is a six month old pup who came up from Louisiana. He was given up by his first owner because they couldn't keep him. He's totally housebroken. He will use piddle pads in an emergency. He's a great work-from-home companion as he sits nicely while his foster mom works in her office. He learned to sit almost immediately. He also will catch treats. His foster mom says, "He has mild energy for a puppy. He will play energetically for a while, then settle down quickly. When we take him outside for exercise he'll run a bit but then be very happy to come back in and snuggle with a blanket. He doesn't chew furniture but will pick up small things and start to chew those. Just need to keep the floors clean of small things. Big things like pillows/blankets/chair legs he doesn't have any interest in. He goes in his crate for 1-2 hours a few times a day (over lunch, dinner) and adjusts beautifully.
