Tom, 3 mos Male Sheltie / Beagle  Mix This adorable puppy is Tom. He is a Sheltie/beagle mix. Tom is about 14 weeks old as of 3/27/04 and was found abandoned in the country. We just don't understand how someone could do that to such a sweet puppy. Tom is a bouncy, feisty, happy puppy who just can't wait to greet everyone. He enjoys using his voice to get your attention. He adores toys and will play and hunt them. Tom will be a wonderful companion.and would be best as an only child because he is so needy. He is going to need lots of positive training and someone to be with him. We prefer no children under 10 for him as he is teething and everything and everyone is a chew toy for him right now. He is crate trained.
