THANKS TO ALL OF YOUR PRAYERS AND SUPPORT, ASPEN FOUD A WONDERFUL HOME. HER NEW NAME IS GEORGIA! Aspen is a 7 years old Beagle/Lab mix who is microchipped and spayed. She was rescued from an abusive situation (owner in jail) and needs to make up for lost time. During her ordeal she lost sight in one eye. She was 40 pounds at rescue, but she was treated for heart worms and all that sitting around put on the lbs. She deserves a cushy life now after being chained outside and starved. Her spirit is not broken, though. She takes great joy in chasing bunnies. Inside she is a mellow girl, outside a bit more lively than Alpine who is totally subdued. She walks well on a leash and rides well in a car. She wants lots of love. Donations will help cover her transport and quarantine fees.
