MEET BOOMER! Boomer is 18 months old tricolor neutered Jack/Rat/Beagle/Chi mix who weighs 14 pounds. He is up to date on everything, even had his teeth cleaned last week. He is the perfect little dog looking for the perfect home. We don't know about kids/cats yet. Crate trained, walks on leash but like most small dogs he wants to be the leader and go where he wants to go so a little work is needed in this department. Otherwise, Boomer is a dream doggy.
He likes to cuddle and give you kisses.
In foster care one of his best friends was a 64 lb lab named Jimmy who is a super friendly boy. Although Jimmy was his favorite he got along well with all the other dogs: a Chihuahua, an Aussie poo, a Terrier, and a very large deaf 16 yrs old pitbull. He likes them all.
He slept with his foster and 3 other dogs every single night he was there. Foster mom says One night I crated him and he whined so I brought him to bed with us and that was the end of that. If I stayed up late he would go to my closed bedroom door and stare at me just waiting to go to bed. He loves to get under the blankets.
His best spot in the house is the couch. Won't you adopt Boomer so he can be sleeping in a bed again?
