Bitty is a tiny Chihuahua who weighs less than 8 lbs. His owner abandoned him and a dozen other dogs and they spent the winter with no heat before they were rescued. He loves to be held and is a cuddler once you give him a few minutes to warm up. He is in a foster home with other small dogs and visiting grand children.
