Rowdy is a happy-go-lucky Yorkie who is available for adoption as his owners are moving. He and his big brother Shaggy, the Wheaton, have been together since Rowdy was a pup and are reportedly bonded. Rowdy cries when Shaggy is out of sight. Both are super friendly and were raised with kids, so visiting children would be fine. We prefer an adopter who has time for both and can afford the upkeep with grooming and dentals.
