Max, ~ 7 years Male Rottweiler Hi my name is Max. I'm a 7 yr neutered male Rottweiler, weighing approximately 50 lbs. I should probably put on a few pounds though as I am pretty skinny. I was recently rescued from a neglectful home. I was tied out on a short chain with no water or shelter my whole life. You can tell by the scaring and white fur around my neck. Although I had a rough go of it in the beginning I am doing great now. I am shy when first meeting people but warm up quickly. I love cuddling. Ill come over and practically fall into your lap if you let me. I also love the bed Save A Dog gave me. Whenever I go inside I curl up in a little ball on it. I have been good meeting other dogs through the fence at the shelter. I probably should not go with cats though as I am too interested in them. I am also pretty smart knowing commands like sit and lay down. Please be someone who knows my breed or similar breeds and someone who understands that you'll need to be patient at first.
