Teddy, 3 years Male West Highlander

Teddy is a 3 year old Westie from MA whose owner gave up due to working long hours. Teddy was having accidents in the house but we attribute it to long hours alone as well as possible marking as he is not yet neutered. We are looking for a terrier-experienced home for Teddy. He is supposedly fine with cats. He was not raised with small children, but there were teens in the previous home. He will be groomed before his neuter appointment.
