Humphrey is a small wire-haired terrier mix from St Thomas. He was evacuated off the island to Virginia due to hurricane Irma. He was dropped off at the St Thomas shelter the day before the hurricane hit. This poor dog has been through so much in the last week. He is however very sweet.
