Lenny is two year old, 18 lb little mixed breed dog who is at Save A Dog. His tail curls like a Pug and he is brindle like a Pug, but he's taller like a Basenji. He came up north in an RV and likes to ride shot gun or to run up and down the aisles playing fetch. What's not to love about this little guy? He knows a ton of commands and he uses his paws like a human. Maybe he's a miniature Boxer. He loves string cheese; he loves his squeaky pig; he loves a tennis ball and he loves water toys. He's crate trained and house trained. He knows "focus, sit, down, stay, get your toy, get it, give it, go potty, and come. He just needs some leash work as he will bark at other dogs when he's attached to his human. He just needs some training and will be fine. He doesn't like bath time and he doesn't like restraint, like at the vet, so small children would not be a good match for him. He likes to swim and will jump in the pool to retrieve his toys. He's a little dog with a BIG personality. He's curious about everything and will be a lot of fun to take hiking or swimming or just throwing a ball in the back yard. He'll be available now.
