Pepper is an older dog who needs a retirement home. He loves his blankets and bed. His foster mom, a retiree, says he is the absolutely most perfect dog. House trained, attentive, and always ready for a walk, but is content with whatever goes on too.
He's excellent on leash. He won't eat the dry food, prefers wet with the longevity supplement that we have him on as well as the probiotics and he is eating that with gusto.
He doesn't get on the furniture or the bed.
He knows how to sit and shake.
He will make someone very happy. He's had a rough life so has some missing fur around his neck where the chain was. He's gentle and sweet. We don't know his history with children so an adult home would be best. Once we receive your application we can make a private appointment for you to meet him.
