Willow, 2 years Female Parsons Russell Terrier/Shih Tzu Mix
Willow is a LOVE and will bond closely with her human. She's good with dogs, but would love to be an only dog as she loves the attention. She was in an abusive household and then ended up in a high-volume kill shelter in TN. She’s still a little head shy but her kind eyes reflect her sweet, precious nature. She needs love and reassurance but has made tremendous progress in a short time. Willow is very affectionate and wants to be close to her human. Probably a stay at home situation would be the best. Willow is an active girl and loves to play. She especially enjoys squeak toys and healthy chews. She is social with other dogs and would be great at dog parks. She just doesn't like dogs in her face, but gives a good warning and is not aggressive. Willow is completely housetrained, sleeps in a crate at night, and loves to go for walks on a leash. She has a strong desire to please but because she is so intelligent it’s important that she has a knowledgeable human to give her the guidance she needs. Willow is ready to snuggle up and cuddle in her forever home.
