Cody was born on 5/31/13 in the foster home of one of our Save A Dog volunteers. He was born to Angel, a white Cockapoo/Chinese Crested mix. Dad is unknown so we DNA tested one of the pups and the results show that dad is a Beagle/Whippet mix. There are other breeds in the heritage, but these are going to be small dogs. Mom weighs only 15 lbs. We received Angel when she was pregnant and gave her excellent prenatal care with a holistic diet including supplements prior to whelping, hence these are all very healthy puppies. The puppies currently weigh between 4-5 lbs We are seeking experienced adopters without small children as pups this young need gentle handlers. Must be someone who is home during the day. Please be holistically minded too. We will be reviewing applications in the next few weeks. Mom was titer tested, so we are waiting on the first vaccines as they are protected through the Mom's immunity right now and vaccinating too early will negate what Mom provided. Adopters must be willing to follow our holistic protocol for these puppies. Cody will be at our shelter on SUNDAY ONLY (Aug 11), 604 Boston Post Road, Sudbury.
