Melon (we call her Mellie, but you can change her name) is a beautiful, very tiny, 10-week old puppy who is looking for her forever family. She looks like a tiny Boxer/Lab mix, but she is most likely a Heinz 57 (57 breeds) of mostly smaller breeds. Her picture makes her look big, but she's barely 5 lbs. She is sweet and cuddly, but also loves to romp and play. She loves treats and belly rubs and has a friendly and sweet nature. Puppies need someone home during the day, so 1 or 2 hours alone would be okay, but not more. An X-pen (shown in the picture) along with the crate, is best to start her on crate training. This adorable puppy will be available on Saturday 6/22/13. Applicants who fill out the paperwork ahead of time and who are the best fit for her are given preference.
