Kandi, 7-8 months Female Lab/Border Collie  Mix Kandi is a 40 lb Border Collie/Lab mix who loves the water She is approximately 7-8 months and is still very much a puppy -- she will need continued training. She loves to play with other dogs and always wants to be with people. She has a beautiful medium length coat that is really starting to shine since coming into the Save A Dog care as she has been fed Fromm dog food. She is quick to learn rules but is still a puppy so will test occasionally. Kandi was found by a rescue woman in TN -- she had been dumped by a river. She has played with all dogs and puppies while in foster and has become very happy She has learned to leave the resident cat alone and respects cats now and keeps her distance. She is a medium to low energy dog, and learning to be comfortable in her crate has been a big challenge for her, she gets better everyday and now will go in on her own to take naps during the day with the door open .
