Bear is a 19 month old Collie mix who is current on vaccines and neutered. Bear and his littermate, Judd, came from the same WV home. They have always been together. It would be great if Bear had another dog to live with. It doesn't have to be Judd and it won't stop him from going to the right home as he has made vast improvement since arrival. He was an outside dog and was nervous the first time in a home. The mama dog, Sheeba, had 9 pups and these two were kept as family pets, but when they grew into adolescence, the owner didn't have the time for them. The owner went to the trouble of taking care of vaccines and neutering them, so not a bad home. They were born on 10/31/2011. Bear and Judd are friendly dogs who need time, training, and attention. Bear and Judd don't have to be adopted together, but get along great with other dogs so could go to play groups or doggy daycare. Bear weighs 46 lbs and Judd is 54 lbs.
