Tessa is a very sweet little dog who has a quiet, soft personality. She enjoys human companionship along with all the other dog members in her foster home; she gets along wonderfully with the cats, horses and mule. She loves to be inside and her mom let her out frequently so there were no accidents. She enjoys the outdoors very much, taking long walks; she does good on the leash, playing around the water and playing with all the other animals especially her puppies. Tessa recently raised 5 beautiful healthy puppies and is now looking for her chance to be the center of attention. Tessa will lay down on her back when she thinks you are going to pick her up. She is very submissive. Tessa was abandoned at someone's home in the country. The people there intended to take her to the shelter but her foster mom intervened because she was very pregnant at the time and would have been put to sleep at the shelter. She will give back in abundance all that she receives. She weighs 24 lbs. She will be available after her spay and we may already have a home for her with one of our co-pilots.
