Gretchen is a 3 year old spayed female Pekinese mix. She is a darling little dog, so quiet and sweet. Her owner gave her up because they couldn't afford to keep her. Therefore she was very matted when she was turned in so her coat was shaved, but here is a prettier picture of what her coat will look like grown in. She looks like she's got some Spaniel in her and the coat is so soft and pretty. She spins when she's happy to see you. She weighs around 20-25 lbs and is Cocker-spaniel-sized. Please apply online as we won't be here for a few weeks and our volunteers are busy trying to find homes for the dogs currently in our care. It helps us to get to know you better if you fill out the application and then send pictures of your living quarters, yard, and previous or existing pets. Thanks so much!
