Dolly, 18 months Female Dachshund  Mix Dolly is a very playful 18 month old female (spayed) Dachshund mix who needs a new home. She was in a home with another small dog and had a wonderful life, but her owner who is a senior was not able to provide the exercise she needs. Dolly LOVES to play with other dogs so she might be lonely as an only dog unless she has regular play dates. She loves the middle-schoolers in her foster home as she loves to play. As she's a little dog she will sometimes submissively pee when she meets you, but she is housebroken and goes to the door to be let out. A fenced in yard with easy access to the back yard would be ideal to help her keep up with her house training as she is a small dog who needs to go out more often than a big dog. She is a delightful dog who slept with her mama every night. She was also raised with parrots and one of them became very bonded to her. Who can resist those big brown eyes?
