Cocoa and her friend Skittles were dropped off near the properly of a person who rescues dogs in TN. She is pregnant and too far along to be spayed so she will have her puppies and then be available for adoption once the babies are weaned. She will probably be available in mid-March. She will need a few sponsors as she will be in a foster home for an extended period of time. She and Skittles are best friends, but gets along with all dogs. Update 2/2: Cocoa had 6 puppies on 1/29. They are as cute as can be, and thriving on being in a foster home nursing with their Mom. There are 4 males and 2 females. 3 of the puppies are brown, 3 are black. We will continue to post updates. They will not be available for adoption until they have their shots at 8 weeks of age (approx week of March 25th).
