Runner is a gorgeous Border Collie who appears to be 2-3 yrs old. He is very sweet and gentle. He needs to have a lot of exercise when he is outside, but is very good inside. If he starts pacing, it means he has to go outside. Gets along with other dogs, and the cats at the shelter . He was found near a busy highway. He is very well behaved inside.
